1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. 2. Shipping Times & Rates - Standard Shipping (worldwide): 7-15 business days — FREE on orders over $49, otherwise $4.99 - Expedited Shipping: 5-8 business days — calculated at checkout 3. Where We Ship We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the EU. Duties and import taxes for international orders are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. 4. Order Tracking Track your order anytime via the link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking has not updated for 10+ business days, contact us and we will investigate or reship. 5. Lost or Stolen Packages For packages marked "delivered" but not received, we ask that you check with household members and neighbors first. If the package is still missing, we will work with you on a resolution — replacement or refund — within 30 days of the marked delivery date. 6.
