Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Standard shipping to U.S. and Canadian addresses is free for every order. Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days after dispatch.

3. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. We will update this policy as additional destinations become available.

4. Order Tracking
Track your order through the link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking has not updated for 10 or more business days, contact us and we will investigate.

5. Lost or Delivered-but-Missing Packages
Check with household members and neighbors first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 30 days of the carrier’s delivered date and we will investigate.
